Each year on your signup anniversary, the card renews automatically

We prepare and send out the arrangement close to the birthday date!
⚠️ Note: Billing is tied to your signup date, not the delivery date. For example, if you sign up on June 1, your card will renew June 1 each year — even if the birthday delivery falls on a different date.
